Chadwick Boseman Dead At Age 43 From Colon Cancer

Chadwick Boseman, known for his role in "Black Panther", has died at age 43 after a 4-year battle with colon cancer as we have learned from TMZ.

Chadwick, who starred as the first black Marvel superhero in "Black Panther", as well as the "Avengers" movies also portrayed icons like Jackie Robinson, James Brown and Thurgood Marshall in "Marshall."

Fans were recently concerned with Chadwick's health after he appeared very thin in videos on social media, as seen below.

Chadwick's family released a statement through his social media confirming his passing.

"It is with immeasurable grief that we confirm the passing of Chadwick Boseman," the family says. He was diagnosed with stage III colon cancer in 2016. They continue, "He died in his home with his wife and family by his side."

Chadwick had a great impact on Hollywood and was slated to star in "Black Panther 2" which was set to be released in 2022. In 2018, he joined The Breakfast Club to talk about his role as Black Panther, turning down famous biopics and more.
